Morts I can hear lots of influences in this little 2 track promo of prog-structured melodic death metal, not the least of which would seem to be one Devin Townsend! At least musically. Despite all the influences, or perhaps even because of them, The Arcane Order are creating music that stands on its own, seeming to flirt with the possibility of being derivative and ultimately refusing to do so. This is the kinda sound that lets you know how alive you can be!! Favorite track: Aphelion.
